Roger’s career spans more than 20 years of experience in government policy, product development, project management and consulting experience within the private sector and with both the executive branch and legislative branches of the Federal Government. At BayFirst, Roger leads Department of Homeland Security accounts at TSA, NPPD and DOT, overseeing a variety of analytical and program support functions, most notably the development of TSA’s Mission Risk Knowledge Center (MRKC) and the ongoing management of the Transportation Sector Security Risk Assessment (TSSRA). Roger focuses on strategic opportunities with DHS that leverage BayFirst’s strong risk, project management support and IT capabilities. Prior to joining BayFirst, Roger spent 10 years at TSA, supporting aviation and surface policy progress and development of foundational security risk products. He earned his MBA from the University of Maryland and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University.
