Robert W. Rice


As BayFirst’s President, founder and managing partner, Rob is the highest ranking executive officer and leads the development and execution of the company’s strategy. In implementing the company’s strategic vision, he is responsible for both long-term and day-to-day management decisions. He oversees initiatives which ensure the advancement of client missions and the cultivation of key client relationships.

Prior to joining BayFirst, Rob served as an information technology consultant for both Booz Allen Hamilton and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Rob is active in professional and charitable organizations. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, NY and is an emeritus chairman and director of the NTID (National Technical Institute for the Deaf) Foundation Board. He also serves as President of the Washington, DC Association of the Deaf (DCAD) organization. Rob holds a certificate in Assistive Technology from the Tseng College at California State University, Northridge (CSUN); and a ISO9001 Quality Management System certificate from the International Register of Certificated Auditors. He is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology where he earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Leadership, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
