Kevin Quigley

Principal, Director of Acquisition and Intelligence

At BayFirst, Kevin leads the firm’s business operations at Coast Guard Headquarters, with particular emphasis on providing program management and technical analysis support for requirements development, capabilities management, and major systems acquisitions staffs. Before joining BayFirst, Kevin was a project manager and analyst at both Booz Allen Hamilton and General Dynamics Information Technology. A 28-year veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, Kevin has served in numerous leadership capacities with diverse operational and senior staff assignments that included: command of two Coast Guard cutters; program management and budget development positions, disaster response management; and assignments to U.S. Navy and DoD Combatant Commands. He has extensive experience working with DHS, DOD, DOS, OMB, Congressional staffs, as well as other government and non-government organizations. Kevin is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University, a Master of Public Administration degree from George Washington University, and a Master of Strategic Studies degree (with Distinction) from the U.S. Marine Corps War College.
