Greg McCaffrey brings more than 25 years of proven commercial and government sector sales and delivery experience to his role as Senior Director of Development at BayFirst Solutions. With a $2 billion track record as a business development thought leader and strategist working with Big Four, Inc. 500, Fortune 500, and numerous start-ups, Greg is responsible for designing and implementing BayFirst’s long-term growth trajectory.
Before joining BayFirst Solutions, Greg led business development efforts at KeyLogic Systems, Inc., resulting in that company’s recognition as the U.S. Small Business Government Prime Contractor of the Year award in 2015. His past experience includes senior management consulting positions with several leading defense and information technology firms and with some of the nation’s largest publicly traded companies.
Greg has managed large-scale acquisitions, built advanced consulting and advisory service platforms, managed human capital and program budgets, and successfully navigated the interface of government and private sector entities in more than 50 countries.
As a former commissioned officer in the United States Air Force and USAF Reserves, Greg oversaw key components of the regional Central American infrastructure development and modernization programs. Greg graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell (where he was named a 2014-2015 Distinguished Alumnus), with a B.A. in political science and pre-law. He’s completed graduate work at Air Force Air War College and the Air Force Institute of Technology, Government Contracting and Program Management.
