BayFirst Solutions LLC was awarded a Section 504 and Age Discrimination Act Compliance Review project by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). BayFirst will provide relevant expertise and knowledge to NASA regarding regulatory provisions pursuant to these laws (e.g., Federal compliance standards and requirements for architectural and program accessibility) and apply this knowledge through extensive on-site surveys of grant recipients for the agency.

This initiative is a strong example of the diversity of BayFirst’s services and our success in partnering with a wide range of government agencies. Our team has the knowledge to bring agencies into compliance with complicated laws and regulations. We also work closely with leading experts in related professions to quickly bring the best possible talent to our clients. These skills have helped BayFirst win contracts and meet the diverse needs of multiple Federal agencies.

NASA is responsible for the nation’s public space program. The agency receives $16.8 billion per year from the Federal government. Section 504 protects qualified individuals from discrimination based on their disability and the Age Discrimination Act prohibits age discrimination in employment.
