BayFirst to provide business intelligence and data modeling support to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration
Washington, D.C. — BayFirst Solutions LLC has been awarded a contract to provide business intelligence prototyping and data modeling to the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), Office of Hazardous Materials Safety (OHMS).
BayFirst will provide performance management and expert support to PHMSA in the development of analytical, forecasting and predictive modeling tools to find patterns, discover insights and make predictions to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and to ensure that safety risk controls achieve their intended objectives.

Under this task order, BayFirst will provide PHMSA with data analysis, data mining, predictive analysis, adhoc analytics and querying, and business intelligence consulting to assist in the rapid prototyping of forecasting and predictive modeling tools, including dashboards, models, and data visualizations on the PHMSA Hazmat Intelligence Portal (HIP) platform.
